mystical things are happening next week at the bean and leaf cafe in new london,connecticut.

with the start of the new year i will be joining forces with bean and leaf owner chris cokas by co-creating new raw chocolate products involving organically grown, fairly-traded and locally roasted coffee and superfoods. i hope to also be supplying old-tyme favorites from the chocolate archives for his faithful and enthusiastic community.

i spent some time in the cafe today with my family and i am happy to say the place has a great feel! there is an air of creativity that i look forward to breathing in...and breathing out...

the mystical chocolatier is looking for a chocolate factory!

with citrus closing her doors for the winter months i am on the hunt for a studio to create in and a community of daring,experimental folks to taste my newest creations.

in the meantime i am reaching out to my raw chocolate elders for loving guidance along this exciting journey into cacaobliss!

with the new year i hope to continue along the path that i am destined to experience. i plan to experiment with some new alchemical procedures in the kitchen.

my goal is to bring to you delicious, nutritious and exciting raw chocolate confections that are made from ingredient sources of the most high!
